Real Estate Resource Services is a full service asset management company specializing in working with banks and brokers in maintaining and remodeling their REO assets. We are an approved vendor for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae and would now like to provide you with the same prompt, courteous and professional services we have already been providing other brokers. Currently Real Estate Resource Services provides rehab services on REO properties in Southern California, and Arizona.

Real Estate Resource Services has been performing rehabs and maintenance tasks for the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Brokers for many years on their REO inventory. We have completed projects both large and small.

We are open during regular business hours and are accessible to you to respond and resolve property related emergencies (situations that pose an imminent threat to health or safety) after regular business hours. This service is available twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
