Howard McCurry

Howard has over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate and building industry. He is the Broker for our company, but his experience doesn't stop there. Howard is also a licensed General Contractor in the states of California and Arizona. With this, he brings a unique perspective to our company. He believes very strongly that our agents be trained in residential construction to benefit our clients. He routinely conducts training exercises in the various building trades for agents. Through the years, Howard has worked his way up from a laborer on construction sites to the Vice President of a large Home Builder. He believes that excellent customer service should always be the first and most important product we provide to our clients. Howard was born and raised in Sothern California. He definitely has a very casual, laid back "Easy Going" appearance, but he is a tiger when he is working for a client. His "family first" attitude is one of the basic qualities and principles our company was built on. Howard has worked in management rolls for several of the large M & M Prime contractors for HUD over the past 19 or so years, including Asset Management Specialist (AMS), Michelson, Conner & Boul (MCB) & Golden Feather Reality Services.
