Teri Wright-Kersten

Teri Wright-Kersten began her career working for a large Southern California based property management company.  Teri excelled in the environment and soon advanced within the company.  Since that beginning, she has had 15 years of experience in the REO industry working for HUD’s M&M contractors.  Holding various positions within these companies, Teri has had the opportunity to develop strong skills in customer service, property management, project management, and contract management which allowed her the chance to learn more and more about the sales, marketing and management of REO properties.  In addition, Teri is a licensed real estate agent for the state of California.

Teri also has a strong background in marketing which gives her a unique insight into the world of REO and Property Management.  As a Regional Marketing Manager for a fortune 500 company, Teri earned several awards for “Excellence in Marketing” for establishing new, successful marketing campaigns and program management processes. 

In her free time Teri uses her professional knowledge and love for animals by working as a volunteer for I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue as their Marketing Outreach Coordinator.

When given the chance to work for Real Estate Resource Services and put all of her various skills to work, Teri was pleased to take on the roll of Asset Manager over our REO and Tenant Occupied Property Management divisions.
